Orders + shipping

Please allow ~2-5 business days to process your order. We use USPS for domestic orders, and DHL for international orders. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. 

Retuns + exchanges

If you're unhappy with your order, please return it in unworn condition within 7 days of receipt by using the included return shipping label. All orders may be exchanged for a different size or item, or for store credit.


We are not able to provide refunds.


All of our garments include seam allowance for alterations. If you're in the San Francisco Bay Area and your garment doesn't fit, you can come in for a fitting and we'll be happy to tailor it for you.

Wholesale Inquiries

Wholesale work is welcomed!


We begin each wholesale project by creating a prototype or sample of the product. Once the prototype is approved, wholesale orders may be placed. We strongly encourage wholesale projects be designed in person, as it is difficult to review materials online.

Gift cards

Gift cards are available in any amount and can be obtained by email, phone, or in-person at our San Francisco store. Gift cards must be redeemed within 2 years after the date issued and can only be redeemed in person. 


Do you provide International delivery?


Yes, international delivery is conducted through DHL. If you have questions about delivery, call DHL at 1-800-CALL-DHL.


What is your returns policy?

Returns can be sent using the return label included with your order. 


Returns should be in unworn condition and returned within 7 days of receipt. Orders may be exchanged for a different size or item, or for store credit.

How do I track my order?


You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information from the shipping company, either USPS or DHL. It will be sent within ~2-5 business days after placing your order.


Do you offer custom orders, alterations or repairs?

Yes! Custom orders and alterations must be conducted in our San Francisco shop. Some repairs may be conducted via mail, but please contact us ahead of time with a photograph of the repair needed and we will coordinate from there.
